When asked what it was like to welcome a baby during a pandemic, Jude shared, “We feel pretty blessed that we were in a time where we could, as a family, you know, we can just nest and enjoy each other’s company every day as it came. It was an unusual but a kind of enforced love-in.”
The couple has not shared what name they’ve chosen for their newborn nor whether they’ve welcomed a boy or a girl.
The Sherlock Holmes star married Phillipa, a behavioral psychologist, last year in an intimate ceremony in London at Old Marylebone Town Hall, three months after announcing their engagement.
We wish Jude and Phillipa all the best as they welcome their new bundle of joy into their lives.
