Sources have confirmed that actress Emma Roberts has welcomed her first child with her boyfriend Garrett Hedlund.
Emma and Garrett welcomed a baby boy on Sunday. He weighed 9 pounds at birth. The couple has chosen to name him Rhodes! Sources have reported that both baby Rhodes and Emma are doing great. The Holidate star and her boyfriend have not yet announced the news publicly.
Rumors of Emma’s pregnancy began swirling in June of this year. It wasn’t until August that Emma announced the news. The Scream Queens star also shared the gender of her little one.
Emma has been documenting her pregnancy throughout Instagram, sharing beautiful and stylish photos of her embracing her new body. This month, she graced the cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, looking stunning as ever. This cover was the first time the magazine had featured a pregnant woman. In her feature, Emma opened up about her struggle with endometriosis, which affected her fertility. “It sounds cheesy, but the moment that I stopped thinking about it, we got pregnant. This pregnancy made me realize that the only plan you can have is that there is no plan.”
Emma and Garrett were first romantically linked in March of 2019, the same month Emma ended her engagement with longtime partner and American Horror Story star Evan Peters, whom she had been dating on-and-off since 2012. At the time, they had been spotted holding hands in Los Angeles.
