Health and wellness coach Teddi Mellencamp, famous for her role on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, took to Instagram this morning to share some exciting news. She and her husband Edwin Arroyave, founder of Skyline Security Management, are expecting their third child together!
Teddi, 38, shared with Us Weekly that she is 14 weeks along and in her second trimester. “Everything’s good and I’m in the clear,” she shared, “so I’m just starting to get to that point where I’m sharing with everybody. Plus now I have a bump, so there’s not much more hiding I’ll be able to do!”
The Bravo star and her husband married in 2011. They have a daughter, 6-year-old Slate and their son Cruz, 5. Edwin also has another daughter from a previous relationship, 10-year-old Isabella.
To conceive their first two children, Edwin and Teddi went through IVF treatments. But this time, their new pregnancy came completely by surprise. “My husband said, ‘I don’t want to see you going through IVF again — that was brutal,’ It was so many rounds, but this time we really weren’t doing anything! I was on vacation! Just having fun with my family! It was a complete surprise. I didn’t even know I was because I didn’t have a regular cycle.”
Slate and Cruz are already ecstatic about welcoming a baby to the family. They’re even picking out names! Congratulations to this blessed family.
