Rap musician power couple Remy Ma and Papoose have announced the exciting news that they are welcoming another bundle of joy to their family! While appearing on Fox Soul’s Out Loud With Claudia Jordan, Papoose confirmed that Remy Ma is pregnant with the couple’s second child.
Remy Ma and Papoose share a daughter together. They welcomed Reminisce Mackenzie, named after her mother, in December of 2018. Remy Ma posted a beautiful tribute to Papoose this past father’s day on Instagram writing, “I’ve never in my life saw a man so happy to be a father. Thank you for being a great father to our baby and all our grown kids as well.”
The Love and Hip Hop star also has a child from a previous relationship, a 19-year-old son named Jayson. Papoose has three children from previous relationships. He shares two children with his ex-girlfriend Yvetta Lashley, Dejanae, born November 2003, and Shamele, born April 1999. He has another daughter named Destiny who was born in September 2000.
Remy Ma and Papoose dated for quite a long time before officially tying the knot in 2016. They were initially scheduled to be wed while Remy Ma was incarcerated in 2008, they even exchanged vows over the phone in May of that year. However, the wedding was called off after police caught Papoose attempting to smuggle a key into prison and banned him from visiting her for six months.
Years later, the couple is happily married and growing a beautiful family. We wish them all the best in preparing to welcome another little one!
