Robin Arzón, fitness instructor and author, has announced the arrival of her first child with her husband Drew Butler!

It’s a girl! The couple have chosen a lovely name for their daughter: Athena Amelia Arzón-Butler. Athena is a Greek name that means “Goddess of Wisdom and War” while Amelia is a Latin name that means “Work.” In her announcement post, Robin shared, “We are enchanted and in love. Athena is peaceful, strong, and surrounded by joy.”

The Shut Up and Run author spoke exclusively with People about becoming a new mom to Athena. “From the moment we found out we were expecting, we felt so connected to her — like we knew her before in a past life. We just feel so blessed and grateful that she’s finally here and cannot wait to embark on this next chapter and continue building a remarkable legacy with the newest member of our Wolfpack. Life with Athena is already that much more magical. Get ready, world! She is a full-on goddess-warrior.”

Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, the Peloton instructor made it her mission to change the stigma that expecting mothers are limited when it comes to working out. “My entire mission in going through this for the first time myself is to focus on what I can do, rather than what I can’t. I feel like the conversation around pregnancy — especially an aspiring fit pregnancy — is, what are the modifications? What can I do, what can’t I do? And I don’t believe in starting from a place of lack and limitations.” Robin launched a Pregnancy and Strength Cycling class last December that helped in her mission.

Congratulations to Robin and Drew on the arrival of their daughter Athena. We wish them all the best as they embrace their new role as parents!
