Actress Lea Michele welcomed her first child earlier this month with her husband, Zandy Reich. The couple welcomed a baby boy!

Although the Glee star didn’t announce her son’s birth first, a source earlier this week revealed that she welcomed her on August 20th. Then, Lea chose to make the announcement official by posting the first photo of her child on her Instagram feed. She shared a black and white photo of herself and Zandy holding their baby son’s foot.

ForEver grateful for this true blessing💙

In the caption, Lea hinted at her son’s name. “ForEver grateful for this true blessing.” The capital E in ‘Forever’ was a nod to her son’s first name. The couple have chosen to call him Ever Leo. How charming! The name Ever is a gender-neutral name that means “always.” So beautiful!

Throughout her pregnancy, Lea shared a few images of her growing baby bump. Most of her photos haven’t been captioned. In the first photo she posted to reveal the news, she captioned the image simply, “So grateful.” For Mother’s Day, the mom-to-be shared a picture with her own mother and wrote, ”
The best Mother’s Day with the best mother in the world. I love you mom.” It a beautiful shot of Lea holding her baby bump while both she and her mother gazed at it. Very touching.

We’re so excited for Lea and wish her and Zandy all the best as they enjoy their life becoming parents to little Ever.
