Just days after the Today Show host was given a beautiful send-off for her maternity leave, Jenna Bush Hager gave birth to her third child and first son. This morning, Jenna shared on Instagram that she and her husband, Henry Hager, welcomed their son on August 2nd.
The couple opted to name their son after his father. The third Hager baby will be called Henry Harold “Hal” Hager. What a sweet name!
Little Henry has already had the pleasure of meeting so many of his family members. His two older sisters, Mila and Poppy, look absolutely thrilled to have a baby boy to dote on. Henry was also visited in the hospital by his grandparents, former President George Bush Jr and former First Lady Laura Bush. His aunt, Barbara Bush, and uncle, Craig Coyne, joined in to welcome his arrival as well.
Jenna was showered by friends and family back in June for her baby shower. Earlier last week, she shared the sweet note her Today co-host Hoda Kotb gave her on that day. Jenna’s co-host has been on a maternity leave of her own, having recently adopted another little girl back in April. The Hoda and Jenna show will be lively with new baby talk when the two co-hosts rejoin together following their respective maternity leaves.
