He tweeted: “.@LaraLeaTrump and I are excited to announce the birth of our son, Eric ‘Luke’ Trump at 8:50 this morning.” The name Eric is of Scandinavian origin, meaning “always ruler.”

Eric shared a cute pic of their newborn as well, who is the couple’s first child together. No other details of his birth were revealed in the tweet.

Baby Eric makes the ninth grandchild for Donald Trump. Eric and Lara were married in 2014 after dating for six years.
