Wizards of Waverly Place actor David Henrie and former pageant queen Maria Cahill are pregnant with their second baby! They announced the news along with a gender reveal.
In tandem with an Us Weekly exclusive, the couple announced their pregnancy, and that they’d be having a baby boy, all in one fell swoop. David said in his post, “Happy Gilmore gender reveal! I had no clue before this moment so that is a 100% genuine reaction haha. Going to post again tomorrow and share a little more of baby #2’s story.”
According to Us Weekly, their baby boy is due in September. On Sunday, June 14th Henrie posted on an Instagram story that good news was coming and asked his followers, “Bow or Bow Tie? What are your predictions?” Mom and dad both correctly predicted boy!
The couple have one child together already, a daughter named Pia Philomena Francesca. In an Instagram post that announced Pia’s birth, Henrie opened up about the multiple losses they had to endure before eventually having their baby girl. He said that they picked the middle name Francesca because they had personally asked Pope Francis to pray for them to have a baby.
