Congratulations to Alanis Morissette — the singer is pregnant with her third child!
She made the announcement on Instagram, with a black and white photo showing her singing into a microphone while showing off her baby bump profile.
She captioned it simply enough: “So much NEWness…”
Alanis and her husband, Mario “Souleye” Treadway have a son, Ever Imre, who they welcomed in 2010, and a daughter, Onyx Solace, who joined their family in 2016.
In 2017, Alanis spoke candidly about dealing with postpartum depression after having her children.
She told PEOPLE at the time: “There are days I’m debilitated to the point where I can barely move. As a kid, I imagined having children and being with an amazing partner. This is a whole other wrench I didn’t anticipate.”
