Tanaquil meaning?

I remember I had once researched it, but I've forgotten now and lost what I'd found out. I know it's Latin or Etruscan and is related to Tanchvil. There's a ballerina named Tanaquil LeClerq. Any info would be much appreciated.

I can't find any meaning for it on short notice, but every reference I checked says it is Etruscan, not Latin, and so I expect that most possible etymologies would be guesses since the Etruscan language is not well understood today.
