WDYT of the name Sarai? (prn. suh-RYE)

DH mentioned it last night when he was flipping through my BNW. I like it, but I don't know if pairing it with our family middle name (Ruth) makes it too biblical. What do you think of Sarai Ruth?

What would you name a brother or sister to Sarai?

I love the look of Sarai, but dislike the sound of it.

I think Sarai Ruth is fine.

It's pretty, but a bit awkward with -rai and Ru-.

ditto the rai & ru thing.

Sarai is very pretty, i would go with Sara Ruth or Sarah Ruth and call her Sarai as a nn.

It looks like a name I should like and I've tried to like it, but I really don't.
Sorry, but sounds like "sore eye" to me and I just can't get over it.

I really like Sarai, but I'm not a hug fan of it with Ruth.

I love Sarai and Ruth individually, but it does sound very Biblical together.

Also, I know not everyone on this board has the literal hangup with Biblical names that I do (i.e. some people would use the name Delilah) but Sarai was her name before God changed it to Sarah, and gave her the ability to have a child. So I feel the name Sarai has a little bit of that negative superstition that I would avoid.

I like Sarai and I don't normally have a problem with two Biblical names together but I'm not sure I'm crazy about the flow of Sarai Ruth.
I also like Sariah (pr. like Sarai but with an -uh sound on the end), so similar to Sarai but not exactly the same.

I don't really like Sarai, just Sarah will do for me. I love Ruth. Sarah Ruth is beautiful.
