For Sophia, Gianna and Olivia, I know at least half a dozen of each between the ages of 2 and 10. They're among the most common names in the town where I work. I can't even tell you how many Anthonys I know. It's definitely in the double digits. Every age from two months old right up to senior citizens.

I know a few Ginas, but no young children. It's a mom name around here. I don't know any Meadows.

Sophia I've known approximately a zillion over the years. lol There is a Sofia and a Sophie in Maggie's class (out of 26 kids). They are... 3ish.
Meadow Never known a Meadow I don't think.
Olivia I've known a few over the years, but none that I can think of at the moment that we see currently.
Gianna Can't recall any.
Gina There is one in Maggie's class. She's three (and super cute, the parents are from Korea and she has an adorable little sister named Nina and an older sister whose name I don't know). Other than her, I haven't heard it except on people my age or older.

Anthony I knew several growing up, but I can't remember any little kids with the name.

Sophia: there are always some at the library, I hear it a couple of time a day. They are usually 5 and under.

Olivia: quite a few. My sister's MIL is in her 60s, and we have a friend with a 3 year old with this name. At the library, there are probably 2 or 3 I can think of, again under age 5.
Gianna: There is only one at our library and she is . . . 6?
Gina: None at the library. I went to HS with a couple, they are now late 30s

Anthony: Um, I am Italian, so I will let you guess. Like . . . 4000? LOL At the library, we have 2 I can think of, one later elementary and one about 4.
