I met the cutest little guy on the playground yesterday, a little older than my guys - 3.5, I think. He said his name was Charlie Monkey. :lvsigh: I kinda don't think that mn is on his birth certificate.

Owen looooooooves Charlie. I have never liked the name, but to my surprise it's grown on me. I like Charles and could see using that without a nn, but I like several nns for it too - Chaz, Chase, and maybe even Charlie. Don't like Chuck, though.

Wdyt of Charles? What nn would you use? Do you like it with Max and Theo?

Love Charles nn. Charlie. I think its fantastic with your boys names too. The only nn. I like is Charlie, or Charles in full.

I love Charlie, way more than Charles itself. I've never thought of Chase for a nickname, but that's cute too. I could like the nicknames Chaz and Chuck as well. I think it goes great with Max and Theo.

If I had a Charles, he would be nn'd Chas. But tbh I prefer just Chas to Charles anyway.
Charlie is cute, but runied for me by several FERAL Charlies that I know :shuffle:

I'm not a huge Charles fan, although I do think it's a pretty cute name for a little man.

Charlie sounds good with Max and Theo (and if you had a Charlie, I'm sure he wouldn't be feral, lol). And Maxfield, Theodore and Charles is about perfect

I think Charles sounds great with Max and Theo. Chaz would be kinda cute in your sibset.

I have a bad association with Charles/Charlie, but it's a handsome name and perfectly matched to Theo/Max!

I love Charles. I'd probably use the nn Charlie, but I don't mind Chuck either. I know two Chucks who have given me a GREAT association.

I'm not a fan of Charles, but I love Charlie on a boy! Max, Theo & Charlie makes an adorable sibset.

Charleston/Carlton would be another choice for full names with Charlie as the NN.

Charles is great. Love it without a nickname, but I also love Charlie. I think I prefer Charles, though. And I think it's great with Max and Theo.

I love Charlie! I have a good association from deep in my childhood consciousness. I could never use it b/c of one of Luke's uncles, but I think it's a great name. I think Charles is fine, too. And either would be great with Max and Theo.

I think Charlie goes GREAT with Max and Theo. Chaz would too, I guess, but I don't like it. I actually really dig Chuck, but not on a baby, once the kid gets to be around 8 or 9, then I think it fits a bit better.

Oh, and I like Chuck fine, too. I knew a Chuck growing up and it fit him well. But I really prefer Charlie. Don't care for Chas/Chaz at all (Chase either).

I like Charles/Charlie. It was actually on my list for Nicholas, believe it or not! (I say believe it or not b/c I CAN NOT see him with that name now!) No other nickname than Charlie, though.

I've always loved the nn Chaz! (I also like it spelled Chas but would choose the 'z' spelling irl to avoid "Chase" mispron's) And I love it with your set. Just Charles with no nickname and Charlie are also nice

I think Maxwell "Max", Theodore "Theo", and Charles "Charlie" would be one of the best sibset ever! Love it.

I adore Charles nn Charlie-- Charles is an important family name on my side, and if we ever have another son he will definitely have Charles in his name somewhere. I'd love it as a fn, but DH has worked with a Charlie for 15 years and claims he can't get over the association. Bah.

Theodore nn Theo is another fave name of mine, so clearly I think Max, Theo, and Charlie is a totally rockin' sibset. :winky:

Charlie goes great with Max & Theo! Though I think you should do Charlton or Charleston because of you having Theodore & Maxfield... the more unique version of "Charlie" fits better IMO!

Charles isn't my favorite, but I love Charlie! Max, Theo, and Charlie would be PERFECTION.

My SO LOVES Charlie. Loves it. Whenever I ask him about names he mentions Charlie. The problem? I have a cousin named Charlie who has the exact same FN LN our kid would have.

My cat's Charlie b/c I love the name so much, but I don't love Charles, which is why it's my cat's name. I would want something more formal for Charlie.

I love the nn's Chaz and Chase!

Honestly though you can't go wrong either way.
