Seems very Southern/Western/Cowboy-ish to me.

Tarah - like Tara from Gone with the Wind.
Houston - Texas.
Tucker - sounds Cowboy to me.

As a whole, they're cute together. I only actually like Tucker, but wouldn't use it myself.
