British singer Robbie Williams has taken on a new title — dad! The Take That singer and his wife Ayda Field welcomed their first baby today. Daughter Theodora Rose Williams, whom Williams said will be called Teddy, weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces upon her arrival. So far, fall is shaping up to being an eventful time of year for Williams: in addition to welcoming his first baby this month, Williams’ 9th studio album — Take the Crown — will release in November.
The Olympics may be making big news in England, but British singer Mark Owen has an entirely different headline in his life. The Take That singer and his wife Emma Ferguson welcomed their third baby together! Daughter Fox India was born July 24th and weighed 7 pounds, 1 ounce. Baby girl’s arrival was announced via the Take That twitter feed, “Mark, Emma, Elwood and Willow are delighted to announce the arrival to the clan of their beautiful new baby girl Fox India Owen…” Elwood and Willow are the couple’s two older children, ages 6 and 4 respectively.
Robbie Williams may have his own angel soon enough! The English singer, who had a successful solo career post Take That with hits such as “Angels” and “Millenium,” took to his blog to announce that he and wife Ayda Field are expecting their first baby. “Basically I’m in love with a little person growing in mummy’s belly … and can’t wait to be a daddy,” Williams wrote.
UK X Factor judge Gary Barlow is making headlines of his own these days. The Take That front man announced via Twitter yesterday that he and his wife Dawn are expecting their fourth baby. No word yet on when baby #4 may arrive or whether the couple are expecting a girl or a boy. Another boy would even things up — currently Daniel (11) is the only boy facing off against little sisters Emily (9) and Daisy (3).
