Earlier this year, Chyler Leigh — who plays Dr. Lexie Grey on the popular ABC show — and husband Nathan West welcomed the third addition to their brood: daughter Anniston Kae, who was weighed in on May 7th at 7 pounds, 1 ounce.
They’ve had a few years to get adjusted to parenthood — Noah is 5 1/2, and Taelyn is 2 1/2 — and Leigh says things have gotten easier, in a sense, as the couple has expanded their family. “…once you get used to multiples you figure out how to put things together quicker,” she told PEOPLE in a recent interview.

Actress Milla Jovovich and her director beau, Paul W.S. Anderson, finally tied the knot. The parents of 20 month-old Ever Gabo married yesterday in a small ceremony at their Beverly Hills home with 50 guests, including Patrick Dempsey and wife Jillian, in attendance. Jovovich wore a 60’s style mini dress of her own design, and the couple exchange matching 18k gold bands by Neil Lane. The couple met in 2002, when he directed her in Resident Evil.

With wife Jaime Bergman on bedrest and due any minute now with the couple’s second child, Bones star David Boreanaz is sticking close to home. The actor told PEOPLE that he skipped Comic-Con because it was so close to the baby’s due date and says he stays within a “20-mile radius of home” to be sure he’ll be around for the baby’s arrival. The couple have a son, Jaden Rayne, who is seven.
Irish actor Colin Farrell made quite a stir when he and girlfriend Alicja Bachleda landed in LAX last weekend. Bachleda, who started dating Farrell earlier this year, showed off what appeared to be a baby bump, while the potential daddy-to-be placed a protective hand on her belly. Farrell’s rep wouldn’t comment on the rumors, but the news will come out soon enough! Farrell also has a five year-old son, James, with model Kim Bordenave.
Johnny Knoxville, best known for his daredevil stunts on the hit show Jackass, is going to be a father again! The actor confirmed on his blog that he and girlfriend Naomi Nelson are expecting a baby together. Knoxville wrote “we are excited as all hell, and can’t wait ’til the little booger gets here.” His thirteen year-old daughter Madison, excited about her role as big sis, is helping to pick out baby items for her new little brother or sister. The newest little Knoxville is due in late winter.

The star of TNT’s Trust Me (and fondly remembered Ed star) has welcomed a new Cavanagh to the world! According to People, He and wife Maureen, a photo editor for Sports Illustrated, met James Joseph Cavanagh for the first time August 5th.
James, who weighed 7.8 pounds and was 20-inches long, is the third child for the Cavanagh family: siblings Alice Ann (3.5 years) and Thomas Patrick (2) have been busy breaking in Mom and Dad.
Turns out the women of Scrubs are having no problem finding new roles for themselves after the show’s long run. Actress Judy Reyes recently announced that she is expecting her first child, and now, Life & Style reports that Sarah Chalke will also become a first-time mom this winter. The actress is pregnant with baby number one with her fiance, entertainment lawyer Jamie Afifi. Maybe Reyes and Chalke will have a joint baby shower!

Turns out that mother’s intuition starts early! Former Girls Next Door star and mommy-to-be Kendra Wilkenson revealed today on her blog that she and hubby Hank Baskett are expecting a son, just as she had suspected.
“Hank and I are having a baby boy!…[we] can’t wait to get started decorating the nursery and stocking his closet full of teeny tiny Eagles jerseys (and Chargers ones too hahahaha),” she said.
The couple, who married in June, are expecting their little one around Christmas Day.
According to sources quoted in an InTouchWeekly.com article, actress Kate Hudson has asked New York Yankees player Alex Rodriguez to father her next child.
Hudson has a five-year-old son, Ryder, with former husband Chris Robinson and is apparently ready for her son to have a sibling. Rodriguez has two daughters — Natasha, 4, and Ella, 16 months — with his ex-wife Cynthia. Though Hudson allegedly offered to be the sole financial provider for the prospective child, Rodriguez said he wasn’t ready for more children.
Rodriguez may not be ready for more kids, but he’s apparently ready for more Kate. The couple, who’ve been linked romantically since May of this year, continue to be seen together.
