He’ll be hitting the road next week with Brad Paisley‘s American Saturday Night tour, but this week country singer Justin Moore gets to enjoy a different kind of spotlight: parenthood! Moore, 25, and his wife Kate welcomed their first child, Ella Kole, on February 11th. Little Ella was just that: she weighed in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces and was 18 inches long.
After last August’s pregnancy loss, seeing Celine Dion step back from the public eye would have been completely understandable. But that’s not the diva’s style. As she and husband Rene Angelil continue to try for their second child — she’s undergone three additional, unsuccessful in vitro fertilization attempts — Dion has also been preparing for the February 17th debut of her documentary film Celine: Through the Eyes fo the World. On top of that, she’s also recently announced a return to Caesars Palace in Las Vegas for another three-year show. She’s hoping that, by the time that show opens on March 15, 2011, nine-year-old Rene Charles will have a new brother or sister to play with!
Famed tennis champion Boris Becker and his wife, Sharlely Kerssenberg, welcomed their first son on Tuesday. Amadeus Benedict Edley Luis Becker has three other siblings to look up to, though. Big brothers Noah (16) and Elias (10) are Becker’s two children with first wife Barbara Feltus, while big sis Anna (9) is from Becker’s relationship with Angela Ermakova. Becker may have earned the nickname Boom Boom with his serve, but little Amadeus is sure to be adding some of his own noise to the Becker household!
No official announcements have been made about the star’s second baby, but rumors are certainly flying! Amanda Peet reportedly confided to pals at the Sundance Film Festival that she and husband David Benioff are expecting another girl. And while she may be asking viewers to Please Give (her newest film), she’s not giving any secrets away! In keeping with the mum theme, no announcement has been made on when baby girl may arrive. Big sis Frances Pen, who turns three later this month, is probably quite anxious to meet the new arrival — boy or girl!
Scott Stapp and his wife, Jacklyn, announced late last year that they were expecting another baby. Hard on the heels of that announcement comes a new one: it’s a boy! Stapp recently spilled the news to PEOPLE, announcing that the couple plan to name their newest addition Daniel. Daniel, who joins siblings Milán Hayat (3) and Jagger (11), is scheduled to make his big debut in July.

Something is flying around the NASCAR tracks these days, and it isn’t race cars! Shortly after fellow racers Juan Pablo Montoya and Jimmie Johnson announced their baby news, Jeff Gordon has come forward with baby news of his own! Gordon announced today on his Web site that he and wife Ingrid Vandebosch are expecting their second child. Ingrid, who’s 12 weeks pregnant, is due with baby #2 in August. Gordon also mentioned that Ella Sophia, who’ll turn 3 in June, is very excited about becoming a big sister.
Family drama is the fare on Sarah Jane Morris‘ regular gig, the ABC show Brothers and Sisters, but Sarah’s been adding a little drama to her own family! Emmett Andrew Brower was born January 24th after 15 hours of natural labor. Emmett is the first child for Morris and her husband, Ned Brower, who’s the drummer for Rooney. According to the proud papa’s Facebook post, Emmett weighed in at 8.2 pounds.
She may be a tiny thing — she weighed only 1 pound, 6 ounces at birth — but Josie Brooklyn Duggar is already the star of the show. The newest Duggar arrived December 10th, more than three months earlier than her scheduled due date. Her short life has already been eventful: when she was only eight days old, she was moved to Arkansas Children’s Hospital’s intensive care unit after she perforated her bowel. As that facility doesn’t allow children younger than 18 years in the ICU, most of the other 18 Duggar children have been checking in via video taken on dad Jim Bob Duggar‘s phone.
