Amelia Heinle and Thad Luckinbill
The Young and the Restless stars Thad Luckinbill and Amelia Heinle have a new blessing to count this holiday season: daughter Georgia March Luckinbill was born December 17th. The pair, who play married couple J.T. Hellstrom and Victoria Newman on their soap set, are also parents to Thaddeus Rowe, Jr (2) and August Manning (13), Heinle’s son from her first marriage to Michael Weatherly.
Last week, The Young and the Restless regular Michelle Stafford welcomed a daughter via surrogate. This week, another show regular — Christel Khalil Hensley, who plays Lily — announced that she’s expecting! The youthful star, who also supplied the voice of Cornelia on the animated show W.I.T.C.H., is expecting her first child with husband Stephen Hensley in April.
Tila Tequila, the reality TV personality who starred in two seasons of A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila, recently announced via Twitter that she’s pregnant. The surrogate pregnancy is allegedly her Christmas present to her brother and his wife. But she’s also been quoted as saying that she’s not pregnant yet. So is she, or isn’t she? We’ll find out soon enough… If true, 2009 will have been a tumultuous year for the sometimes singer. Earlier this month, Tequila also announced her engagement to Johnson & Johnson heiress, Casey Johnson.
Apparently, the Jackass star needed a little time — about 13 years — to recuperate from his last bout. Knoxville has a thirteen-year-old daughter, Madison, from a previous marriage. On Sunday, however, he and girlfriend Naomi Nelson officially took the plunge when they welcomed Rocko Akira Clapp. Little Rocko weighed 8 pounds and was 20 inches long.
Two-time Emmy winner Michelle Stafford‘s dreams of having a family came true on Monday, December 21st, when Natalia Scout Lee Stafford was born via surrogate. Natalia weighed in at 8 pounds, 3 ounces and was 19-inches long. A rep for The Young and the Restless star — who plays Phyllis Summers — told PEOPLE that she’s “out of her mind happy.”
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen
After spending nine months waiting to discover the sex of their baby, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen took one look at their beautiful baby boy — born December 8th — and changed their minds on what to call him. Fortunately, baby Benjamin didn’t have too long to wait before mom and dad made up their minds! Gisele recently announced the baby’s name in a holiday note posted on her Web site, although no photos have appeared just yet!
The star and her fiancé, fashion designer Adam Kimmel, welcomed a baby girl on Wednesday night. Although Sobieski’s rep confirmed the birth to PEOPLE, no details on a name or the baby’s weight were given. Sobieski and Kimmel got engaged in June and announced the pregnancy in September; Sobieski has mentioned that the couple plan to wed sometime in the spring of 2010.
In addition to debuting her most recent movie (Somewhere), Sofia Coppola will also be introducing a new baby. Her boyfriend Thomas Mars, singer for the band Phoenix, recently confirmed that the couple are expecting their second child. The two are already parents to a daughter, three-year-old Romy.
The originals may be back on the block, but the new generation is making that block awfully crowded! Joey McIntyre, 36, is the latest NKOTB alum to have a baby. He and his wife, Barrett, recently welcomed their second son, Rhys Edward McIntyre, who was born on December 13th. Big brother Griffin Thomas, 2, no doubt has plenty of cool moves to show his baby brother while dad is promoting his newest solo album, Here We Go Again.
Misty May-Treanor and Kerri Walsh
The beach volleyball star, whose son Joseph Michael was born in May of this year, is already pregnant with her second! Kerri Walsh and her husband, Casey Jennings, are expecting their second baby on May 30th. The two-time Olympic gold medalist is planning to dive back into training once baby #2 is born so she and volleyball partner Misty May-Treanor can team up in search of a third gold medal in 2012’s Olympic games.
