Actress Marla Sokoloff and her husband Alec Puro made the great leap into parenthood earlier this week! The couple welcomed their first baby, daughter Elliotte Anne, on Febrary 8th. Elliotte weighed 7 pounds.

Jason Lee and Ceren Alkac

Up All Night actor Jason Lee is looking forward to being just that! Lee and his wife Ceren are expecting their third child — a son — this June. Baby boy will have big sister Casper (3.5) and big brother Pilot (8, from a previous relationship of Lee’s) to learn the ropes from.

Jay-Z and Beyonce

Blue Ivy Carter, daughter of music moguls Beyonce and Jay-Z, has had quiet an interesting time for a one month old! The celebrity parents released pictures of their daughter, along with a note reading, “We welcome you to share in our joy. Thank you for respecting our privacy during this beautiful time in our lives.” The couple have also apparently filed a patent on Blue Ivy’s name. While that may sound strange, the Washington Post is reporting that the couple wasn’t actually the first to file a claim! Fortunately for Beyonce and Jay-Z, those earlier claims (presumably filed to capitalize on Blue Ivy’s already famous self) were denied.

Kourtney Kardashian

Could there be another Kardashian lady waiting in the wings? Life & Style is reporting that Kourtney Kardashian has told friends that she and boyfriend Scott Disick are expecting a baby girl! The rumors may be pink, but the stars aren’t confirming. Kardashian’s rep told Life & Style that Kourtney and Scott don’t yet know the sex of their baby.

Erica Cerra

Eureka star Erica Cerra is planning her own “eureka!” moment. The actress and her husband Raffaele Fiore are expecting their first baby but have opted for a delivery room surprise. Their son or daughter is expected make his (her?) grand debut in May.

Susan and Robert Downey Jr.

It’s baby #2 for Robert Downey, Jr., and he’s sticking with familiar ground — another boy! The actor and his wife Susan welcomed their first child together today. Son Exton Elias Downey weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 20 inches long. Exton is the second son for Downey, who is also dad to 18-year-old Indio.

Jackson Rathbone

It’s another Cullen baby … kind of! Jackson Rathbone, famous for his role as Jasper Hale in the popular Twilight movies, became an uncle in the latest installment of the Twilight saga. Now, he’s about to take a slightly more involved role — dad! The actor and his girlfriend Sheila Hafsadi are expecting their first baby this summer. Talk about a summer blockbuster!

Kristin Cavallari & Jay Cutler

Wedding bells may be in the future for The Hills alumna Kristin Cavallari, but baby rattles are coming first. The actress, who is engaged to Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, has put off wedding plans until after the couple welcome their first baby. No word yet on when baby might arrive, but Cavallari recently tweeted that she’s already started her cocoa butter routine!

Sam Taylor-Wood and Aaron Johnson

It’s a pink kind of life for Kick-Ass star Aaron Johnson. The actor and his fiance, director Sam Taylor-Wood, welcomed their second baby on January 18th. Romy Hero is the second daughter for the couple (who are also parents to 18-month-old Wylda Rae) and the fourth daughter for Taylor-Wood, who has two daughters (Jessie, 5, and Angelica, 14) from her previous marriage.

Josie Maran

The stork will be swinging by Josie Maran‘s household later this year. The model and former Dancing With the Stars contestant and her boyfriend Ali Alborzi are expecting their second baby in July. The couple are already parents to 5-year-old Rumi Joon.
