Melissa Rycroft

It’s been a busy year for former Dancing with the Stars and Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft.  Not only did she get engaged and married to insurance agent Tye Strickland, but she started a new job and is now expecting her first child!

“Apparently Tye and I wanted to see how many life-changing events we could fit into one calendar year,” Rycroft, 27, joked to Good Morning America‘s Robin Roberts this morning.

Rycroft is due in February.

Singer Josh Turner will have one more thing to pack up the next time he goes on tour–a new baby!  Turner and wife Jennifer–parents of Hampton, three, and Colby, one–will be adding a fifth member to their family early nex year.

In fact, Turner was the one who encouraged Jennifer to take a pregnancy test, and even when the first one came up negative, he didn’t buy it.

“So when she took another and told me she’s pregnant, all I could say was, ‘I told you,’” joked the daddy-to-be.

As far as taking their kids on the road?

“We’ll just have to buy a bigger bus,” said Turner.

Dierks and Cassidy Bentley

Country singer Dierks Bently and his wife Cassidy will be getting an extra special gift this holiday season–an addition to their family.  The couple announced this week that they’re expecting baby number two in December.

“We’re so excited that our daughter Evie is going to get a baby sister or brother for Christmas,” said the daddy-to-be.  Evie, 21 months, is apparently just as enthusiastic.

“She’s pretty obsessed with a baby doll she carries around now … we’ll see how she does with the real thing,” said Bentley.

Life & Style has given us the scoop–Penélope Cruz IS pregnant–and married!  She and long-time beau Javier Bardem tied the knot earlier this month in a quiet ceremony at a friend’s house in the Bahamas.  The bride wore a gown designed by John Galliano, and only close family attended the intimate affair.  Their baby is due next year.

Actress Amy Adams is the proud mom of a bouncing baby girl!  According to PEOPLE, Adams gave birth to daughter Aviana Olea on Saturday in Los Angeles.  The proud papa is her fiancé, actor Darren Legallo.  Aviana’s Italian name is a nod to her mom’s birthplace and dad’s heritage.  She weighed seven pounds, and “Mom and baby are home and doing great.”

Halle Berry

Halle Berry and her boyfriend of four years, Gabriel Aubry, have called it quits.  While the couple plan to remain amicable for the sake of their daughter, Nahla, two, word is that Berry kicked him to the curb because he “wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship.”

The couple, who met at a Versace store opening in Manhattan in 2006, are currently working on a custody agreement.

The secret is out!  And this time, it’s good news for Sandra Bullock.

The actress reveals in the latest issue of PEOPLE that she’s a mom!  She’s in the process of adopting a son, a three month-old boy named Louis, who was born in New Orleans.

“He’s just perfect, I can’t even describe him any other way,” said the proud mama.

While Bullock began the adoption process with soon-to-be-ex Jesse James, she plans to adopt as a single parent.

Tiffani Thiessen

Don’t expect Tiffani Thiessen to use an out-there name like Bronx, Apple or Banjo for her little one.

“We’re very traditional,” said the mommy-to-be, who’s already working on baby name lists with hubby Brady Smith.  She said the couple isn’t planning on using any “freaky names.”

They’re not sharing their short list, so looks like we’ll have to wait until May to find out their pick.

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum made a big splash at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show this week when she strutted down the runway only six weeks after giving birth to her fourth child, daughter Lou.  While Klum acknowledges that she was the heaviest of the models, she said “why not? I like my outfit. I like the way it looks on me.”

However, she also admits she’s more comfortable hosting Project Runway than shaking her booty “in front of millions of people around the world.”

In addition to newborn Lou, Klum and hubby Seal have three older children, Leni, Henry and Johan, ages 5, 4 and 3.
