Harlow Winter Kate is going to be a big sister! Her dad, Good Charlotte frontman Joel Madden, posted a message on his band’s website announcing the good news. Madden wrote, “I am so happy to tell everyone that Harlow is going to be a big sister! God has truly blessed my family.” He and wife Nicole Richie welcomed Harlow into their lives just over a year ago.
