Covert Affairs star Kari Matchett recently shared with Life & Style Weekly that she’s expecting her first baby — in about a month! While Matchett is planning a delivery room surprise, she did say she has names already picked out. “[The names] just come to me, but they have a familial element to them,” Matchett tells Life & Style Weekly, “People of the past, but also mixing traditional with what I love.”

Rumors have been swirling that Beyonce and hubby Jay-Z  are expecting their second. And while sources close to the star have denied that their daughter, 15-month-old Blue Ivy Carter, a sibling, but Beyonce fueled the rumors  by cancelling a recent concert in Belgium due to “dehydration” and “exhaustion.” Now concert-goers in Zurich are saying Beyonce wheeled two baby carriages on the stage during her concert. Is she poking fun of the rumors or confirming them?

Does Britney Spears have baby on the brains again? In a recent interview with Extra, the pop singer shared that she would like to have a daughter. Spears is currently mom to two sons — 7-year-old Sean and 6-year-old Jayden — with ex-husband Kevin Federline. Spears ended her engagement to Jason Trawick in January and has been dating David Lucado since February. Sounds like things may be getting serious!

Morena Baccarin and Austin Chick

Is Homeland actress Claire Danes starting a trend? Danes and her husband Hugh Dancy welcomed their first baby in December. Now, fellow Homeland actress Morena Baccarin is expecting her first with husband Austin Chick! Baccarin, who also starred in the popular Firefly series, hasn’t yet announced when baby is expected to make his or her appearance, so we’ll stay tuned!

Monica and Shannon Brown

Monica Brown is going to be a mom … again! The singer/songwriter recently shared that she and husband Shannon Brown, who plays for the Phoenix Suns, are expecting their first baby together this fall. While she hasn’t shared whether they’re expecting a son or a daughter, who could blame her if she’s thinking pink? With three sons between them (Monica’s sons Rodney — aka Rocko — almost 8, and Romelo, 5, and Shannon’s son Shannon Christopher), it might be nice to even up the odds!

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian

As Kim Kardashian is counting down until the arrival of her first baby (with boyfriend Kanye West), she’s spending this Mother’s Day reflecting on the mothers in her life. The mama-to-be took to her website to share her appreciation, writing, “As I’m counting the days until I finally get to be a mother, I’m a bit nervous and anxious but also excited knowing that I learned from the very best.” In addition to recognizing mom Kris Jenner, Kardashian also thanked her grandmother, MJ, and sister, Kourtney Kardashian.

KayCee Stroh

High School Musical star KayCee Stroh is a new mom, just in time for Mother’s Day! According to In Touch Weekly, Stroh and her husband, Ben Higginson, welcomed their first baby on May 8th. The couple have named their new daughter Zetta Lee. “This is kind of crazy,” Stroh shared with In Touch Weekly earlier this year, “but I’ve always loved Z names and double Ts in names. I’ve always thought they were so beautiful.”

Real Housewives of Atlanta may be all about the ladies, but star Phaedra Parks has an all-boys club at home! Us Weekly has revealed that Parks and her husband Apollo Nida, whose fitness DVD became available last month, have welcomed a son. Baby boy arrived May 8th and is the second son for the couple, who are also parents to 2-year-old Ayden.

Alice Evans and Ioan Gruffudd

Fantastic Four alum Ioan Gruffudd is getting his own dynamic duo! The actor and his wife Alice Evans (whose credits include The Vampire Diaries) recently announced that they’re expecting their second baby. When baby arrives (no word yet on when!), he or she will have big sister Ella Betsi Janet (3.5 years) to cook up lots of mischief for mom and dad.

Lara Stone and David Williams

Wonder if David Williams will be reading any of his own books to his new baby? The Britain’s Got Talent judge —who’s also published five children’s books — and his wife, model Lara Stone, welcomed their first baby over the weekend. Although they’ve yet to officially confirm whether they welcomed a boy or a girl, reports say the couple now have a son. While they haven’t shared much in the way of details, Williams has tweeted his thanks for all the well wishes, “So may beautiful messages saying congratulations. Thanks everyone…”
